• Thursdays: Based at Whatuwhiwhi Hall - Mobile Outreach Clinic.

Our Aim

• To support the holistic health of the individual and their whanau to achieve optimal health.

Objectives

• To provide a Kaupapa Maori Advanced Nursing service;
• To work in partnership with whanau, kaumatua and kuia to deliver the best possible health service to the rohe of Te Hiku O Te Ika;
• To provide ongoing nursing education, assessment and treatment to enhance self reliance to maintain wellness and optimum health;
• To enhance the vision of wellness and empower whanau towards better health;
• The service shall promote awareness and commitment to honouring the Treaty of Waitangi.

Eligible Clients

• Whanau of all ages - infants, children, teenagers, adults, older adults.

• Thursday - walk in appointments at Whatuwhiwhi location.
